Resources

When you struggle with psychiatric diagnoses, achieving mental wellness is sometimes a life-long journey and there are always obstacles to overcome. We want to give you the power and the resources to grow into a happier, calmer, safer self while you receive support from us. In our resources page we include information that can potentially be an additional help for your healing process.

Affordable Prescriptions

Unfortunately, prescription costs can add up even when insurance plans cover them. A medication that might work better for you may not be covered at all, leaving you with persistent symptoms or high out-of-pocket costs. We are listing a number of options that might lower the cost of your prescriptions.

Help When in Crisis

If during regular business hours you have persistent thoughts of hurting yourself or you find yourself thinking of ways to harm yourself, it is an emergency! Please do not try to fight them alone. Do not call friends or family. Do not call us and leave a voicemail. Please call 911 first!

If you experience severe emotional distress with thoughts of self-harm and it is after business hours, please do not call us and leave a voicemail. You have to call 911!

If you are experiencing mild to moderate emotional distress and feel the need to talk to someone immediately, here are some resources if we are not available:
