Help When in Crisis
If during regular business hours you have persistent thoughts of hurting yourself or you find yourself thinking of ways to harm yourself, it is an emergency! Please do not try to fight them alone. Do not call friends or family. Do not call us and leave a voicemail. Please call 911 first!
