Our Practice

Peace of Mind CT is a single-provider practice offering virtual services for your mental health needs. We do not have a physical location. We do not practice through a platform.

We build and maintain a trusting patient-provider relationship to help you recognize and overcome your interpersonal, emotional, social, and psychological struggles with our pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic approaches.

We acknowledge the barriers to accessing quality and timely mental health services and we will make every effort to minimize them because your well-being is our priority.

Virtual services reduce the cost of transportation, gas, as well as cancellations due to inclement weather. Plus, we all love the comfort of our home!

We appreciate how a virtual visit may feel impersonal to some individuals. We want you to feel comfortable with your provider and the care you receive. We will therefore make our best effort to offer a home visit at an additional charge and depending on location, weather, and provider's schedule.

We recognize that home does not always offer privacy. We respect that you may not wish your loved ones to know what you are going through. If this situation pertains to you, please contact us to explore alternatives that will allow you to receive the care you need with Peace of Mind CT.

We are also well aware of the unfortunate reality of domestic violence and the isolation, shame, and fear the victims feel when it comes to reaching out for help. It may feel like the scariest step you have ever taken, but please email or call the practice yourself or have a trusted friend or family contact us on your behalf to discuss possible solutions to get the help and support you need while remaining safe.*

*If you are in immediate danger of bodily harm and/or feel threatened or unsafe, please call 911.
*Peace of Mind CT is a mandated reporter. For any suspected and/or confirmed abuse, neglect, or unsafe home environment for minors and/or elderly in your household, your provider is mandated to notify the authorities and/or children or elderly protective services.
